Service Description
1-on-1 Personal Training is designed for clients who want a personalized, results-driven approach to fitness. Each session is tailored to your goals, whether that’s fat loss, strength building, or body sculpting. You’ll receive structured programming, real-time coaching, and accountability to ensure you stay consistent and see progress. ***Clients committed to training multiple times per week can apply for monthly coaching packages at a preferred rate.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following: • All bookings must be made in advance through the scheduling system. • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your session. • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited. • Clients are expected to arrive on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival. • Memberships are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. • By booking, you agree to these terms and understand that consistency is key to your results.
