Description:

This full-body bootcamp is designed to build strength, improve endurance, and burn fat in a high-energy, results-driven environment. Each session combines functional training, conditioning, and accountability to push you past your limits and keep you consistent.

Whether you’re just starting or ready to level up, this class meets you where you are, and challenges you to grow.

Minimum & Maximum Participants:
Min: 6 and Max: 15

Glute Coded: Lower Body and Core

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Schedule:

Tuesday & Thursday
Time:  6:30pm-7:30 pm 

Description:

This lower body and core-focused class is designed to sculpt your glutes, strengthen your legs, and tighten your midsection. Expect targeted movements, controlled strength work, and high-intensity finishers that deliver real results. If your goal is to build, tone, and define then this is where the work gets done.
